We're looking for individuals who are hardworking, eager to learn, and passionate about the PR industry. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-directed, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment and should also be:

Social media proficient (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest)

Interested in the fashion, beauty, entertainment or wellness industry

Ability to multitask, think and act quickly

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPointFamiliar with Cision 

Responsibilities:

Daily media clippings

Assist with creating weekly and monthly pitches for clients

Assist with execution of editor, tastemaker and celebrity seeding

Assist the team with creative brainstorming for events, pitches, etc.

Support the team with planning and executing events

Research blogs, magazines, websites for our clients

Assist with sample trafficking for all clientsAssist with monthly activity reports for clientsHelp maintain and keep all media lists updated

Help maintain overall office organization
