The PR Account Coordinator will be an integral member of J Richter Communications and will be primarily responsible for supporting day-to-day tasks and project management. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with media relations and project management within a creative and supportive setting. You'll report directly to the CEO, acting as the right-hand team member, managing clients and projects while ensuring the highest-quality work is delivered to our clients. As a key player in our agency, you'll directly contribute to executing strategies that enhance client visibility and influence in the market, directly aligning with our agency’s growth objectives.

Has an interest in growing within the PR or Marketing fields.

You’ll be Responsible For:

Client Experience: Lead and manage our client experience, from onboarding to off-boarding, meeting tight client deadlines.

Variety of Projects: Juggle multiple client projects under tight deadlines, showcasing your ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges. 

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage the PR calendar, ensuring all events and PR activities are logged and tracked effectively.

Media List Creation: Compile and update media contact lists tailored to specific PR campaigns.

Client Reporting: Deliver comprehensive status reports to clients, highlighting PR activities and media interactions.

Media Pitching Support: Research and craft pitches, press releases, and story ideas that help earn coverage. 

Social Media Management: Bring fresh ideas to the table, create a content calendar, and grow our social channels. 

Event Coordination: Assist in planning media events and press interviews, including preparing event briefs and materials.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to enhance department efficiency.
