Attendees will include VIP guests, major influencers, celebrities, and media professionals, creating a one-of-a-kind behind-the-scenes opportunity for interns to witness and contribute to a top-tier activation.CLD’s previous event experiences featured collaborations with standout brands such as ColourPop, PacSun, Beis, Celsius, House of CB, Windsor, Lilly Lashes, Haus Labs, Skylar, Kate Somerville, and many more! All recognized for style, innovation, and strong influence in their industries. Interns gain hands-on experience helping produce a visually compelling, buzzworthy event, while networking directly with brand representatives, agency executives, and industry leaders.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This event will be taking place in Downtown Los Angeles from Monday, October 19th to Friday, October 23rd — hosted on a rooftop with sweeping views of downtown, creating the perfect setting to embrace the Fall season

PREP DAYS

  1. MONDAY, OCTOBER 19TH | SHIFT TIME: 10:00AM - 6:30PM
  2. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20TH | SHIFT TIME: 9:00AM - 7:00PM

You’ll assist with event setup and production, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producers. This is a full, hands-on day that involves both creative and logistical work to get the venue ready

EVENT DAY

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21ST

There are two shifts for the event day!! Please read the shift times and brief summary very carefully.

  • SHIFT ONE | 8:00AM - 8:00PM

Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.

  • SHIFT TWO | 4:00PM - 9:00PM

Interns will assist with post-event breakdown and wrap-up. These are hands-on production shifts focused on dismantling displays and activation areas, packing products and materials, organizing inventory, and supporting the production team with site cleanup and event breakdown. Interns should expect an active work environment and be comfortable assisting with the breakdown and organization of event materials throughout the shift

STRIKE DAYS

  1. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22ND | SHIFT TIME: 10:00AM - 6:30PM
  2. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23RD | SHIFT TIME: 10:00AM - 6:30PM
