As an Account Supervisor on the FINN Partners Midwest Digital Team, you will serve as the strategic and operational lead for influencer programs across clients. You own the day-to-day from shaping strategy and leading client communications to managing creator partnerships, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You’re confident driving programs independently, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in social, digital, paid, and PR to ensure influencer work is both impactful and integrated.
You’re someone who blends creative thinking with operational rigor, leads with clarity and calm, and stays plugged into culture across internet trends and platform shifts, to how real people behave online. You understand how influencers fit into the broader social landscape and use insights, data, and tools to push ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and built to win attention.
