Role Overview
Account Managers (AM) are the client service anchors and day-to-day operational leads of our account teams. Possessing deep strategic acumen, strong media networks, and exceptional team leadership skills, AMs translate high-level brand strategy into seamless campaign workflows, oversee account health, and ensure client targets are met with precision. At this level, you transition from leading tactical workstreams to owning day-to-day client relationships, managing team capacities, supervising mid-level talent, and protecting account scopes and profitability.
