The ideal Senior Account Executive candidate will have a minimum of 4-5+ years of public relations experience, with prior agency experience required. The candidate should be a seasoned strategic communicator, confident client leader, and proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated track record in media relations, influencer programs, and integrated campaign management. Deep experience leading accounts in hospitality, consumer, or lifestyle industries is essential, along with established media relationships at the regional and national levels. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional writing abilities, sound editorial judgment, and the capacity to independently drive strategy and results across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.
The Senior Account Executive will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients and a visible leader within the agency. This individual will own strategy and execution across 4-6 accounts, lead and develop junior team members, and play a meaningful role in new business development and agency culture. The Senior Account Executive will receive professional development through Cinch PR’s leadership-driven mentorship program and will have regular opportunities to collaborate with—and present to—the senior leadership team and the President. Travel and evening or weekend work required on occasion.
