The ideal Account Executive candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of public relations experience, with prior agency experience required. The candidate should be a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver with strong client relationship skills and a proven track record in media relations. Experience in event planning, brand partnerships, influencer management, and social media is essential. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional writing abilities, established media connections across the Bay Area and national lifestyle outlets, and the ability to independently lead multiple accounts while driving creative solutions and contributing to agency growth.
The Account Executive will serve as the primary support or lead on a portfolio of 4-6 client accounts, owning day-to-day strategy and execution while managing and mentoring junior team members. This individual will lead media and influencer relations efforts across all assigned accounts, contribute to new business development, and play an active role in shaping agency culture and capabilities. The Account Executive will receive professional development through Cinch PR’s leadership-driven mentorship program and have ongoing opportunities to collaborate directly with senior leadership. Travel and evening or weekend work required on occasion.
