We're seeking a Senior Account Executive who combines strong client management skills with sharp writing and an established network in travel and lifestyle media. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring consistent alignment and proactive updates.
  • Execute strategic public relations campaigns for travel, hospitality, and lifestyle clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel, lifestyle, and luxury media, including editors, freelancers, and influencers/content creators.
  • Pitch and secure meaningful media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast outlets.
  • Draft and edit press materials, including press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, and briefing documents with a high level of polish.
  • Monitor industry trends, news cycle, and media opportunities to inform client strategy.
  • Plan and execute press trips, media events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track and report on media coverage and campaign performance.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Supervise and mentor Account Coordinators and Account Executives, reviewing their work and supporting their development
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4-6 years of public relations experience, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Experience working with luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle clients.
  • Strong media contacts across travel, lifestyle, and consumer outlets.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience managing junior team members.
  • Track record in creative ideation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with or experience supporting Asia-based clients, particularly within the travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Understanding of (or curiosity about) Japanese culture and business etiquette.
  • An existing network within the luxury hospitality, travel, and lifestyle space.
  • A sharp eye for cultural nuance and storytelling that resonates across different audiences.
  • Ability to navigate time zone differences and collaborate with global teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience).
