About the Position

Jabberhaus is looking for a Talent Manager who is well-organized and self-motivated; a person who is collaborative with a positive attitude to help build relationships with talent, brands, and agencies. That person will sign new clients, handle partnerships, advise on brand strategy and development, and manage talent expectations. Management experience is a must. Work from home is offered 2x a week. We work in the office 3x times a week.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage personal roster of talent.
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and talent.
  • Seek out opportunities based on talent needs.
  • Negotiate partnerships on behalf of clients.
  • Manage several campaigns simultaneously and day-to-day communications with brands and agencies.
  • Attend industry events and meetings.
  • Advise on brand strategy and development.
  • Set check-ins with talent to track goals and ramp-up strategies.
  • Manage client expectations.
  • Ensure talent follows deadlines and the creative brief.
  • Train any talent coordinator.

Schedule

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in talent or social media campaigns.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all personality types.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Understands the negotiation process of influencer partnerships.
  • Fluent in social media channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Familiar with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, food, and fashion talent.
  • Experience in standard computer software, including Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
