CLD PR & Experiential Productions is thrilled to announce the return of our annual Pre-Festival House, our largest and most anticipated event of the year. Serving as the official kickoff to festival and Coachella weekend, this event is always a standout moment for our team and brand partners.

This year’s multi-brand experience will feature an exciting lineup of partnerships, continuing the tradition of collaborating with top-tier brands. In the past, we’ve worked with names like Haus Labs, Glow Recipe, Kosas, Boohoo, JustFab, Mars the Label, and many more — and this year promises to be just as exceptional.

We’ll also be hosting an exclusive lineup of VIP guests and A-list talent before they celebrate Coachella under the desert sky.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This event will be taking place in Beverly Hills from Monday, April 6th to Tuesday, April 7th — hosted at a private, exclusive Beverly Hills estate, setting the scene for an unforgettable kickoff ahead of Coachella weekend.

📍Event Dates & Shift Times

Prep Day — Monday, April 6th

Shift Time: 7AM - 7PM (Lunch and craft services will be provided.)

You’ll assist with event setup and production, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producer. This is a full, hands-on day that involves both creative and logistical work to get the venue ready.

Event Day — Tuesday, April 7th

Shift Time: 7AM - 7PM (Lunch and craft services will be provided.)

Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.

While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.
