About the Role

The Account Supervisor (AS) is the day-to-day strategic lead guiding client relationships, overseeing media strategy, and managing team workflow. In this role you will be responsible for balancing creative thinking and strategy with operational discipline, ensuring the team delivers excellent work at a high standard.

We are looking for a candidate with

5–7 years of agency experience with fashion/lifestyle clients.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills, able to work across many clients at a time
  • Strong strategic instincts, editorial understanding and solid media connections.
  • Calm, balanced approach to problem solving.
  • Ability and experience in leading junior staff
  • Enjoys leading client work: including devising strategy, dealing with day to day problem solving and building client realtionships
REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Lead weekly client calls, updates, and presentations.
  • Provide strategic counsel and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships built on trust and clarity.

Media Strategy

  • Oversee seasonal planning and earned media direction.
  • Approve pitches, lists, and story angles before client submission.
  • Secure top-tier coverage and support senior pitching.
  • Team LeadershipManage and mentor AEs and SAEs.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality control.
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching.

Operational Management

  • Partner on scopes, budgets, staffing, and hours tracking.
  • Ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures 
  • Support staff on operations management/adminstrative tasks 

Creative & Cultural Contribution

  • Contribute to ideation and campaign development. 
  • Identify trends and insights aligned with client goals.
  • Participate in company outings and team building events
