KEY ROLE:

Experiential production for large scale events; managing all things from ideation to post-production for our clients and the agency.

In gearing up for a monumental 2026, CLD is expanding our Events Department and seeking a truly incredible Junior Event Coordinator.

Our industry-leading events encompass everything from intimate editor dinners, to 5,000 VIP guest multi-day festival events for category-defining premium global brands. CLD PR (@CLDstyle) is a top public relations agency, headquartered in Los Angeles, with roughly 100 brand clients around the globe, including Colourpop, Boohoo, Celsius, White Fox, Berta, Vanity Planet, Torrid, Juliette Has a Gun, Loree Rodkin, and many more. Our team is proud to serve some of the most well-known and loved brands on our PR roster, and to also be constantly producing events, campaigns and collaborations across many different sectors.

JOB TYPE:Full-time

SALARY RANGE:$20 to $25 per hour (DOE) 

LOCATION:CLD DTLA Headquarters

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: While you will work full-time at our DTLA HQ, we produce events globally, so travel may be required approximately 20% of the time.

SCHEDULE:10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Extended hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:

1-3+ years experience with brand event production, mastery from A to Z / ideation to post-production

Strong project management, creative, negotiation, organization and multitasking skills

Up to $1M+ budget forecasting, allocation, and management

Attuned to event industry trends

Solid negotiation skills for vendors, service, and venue contracts

Assistance with proposals and pitch meeting

Maintain and manage client/sponsor relations

Familiarity with with permitting processes for event locations (venue, city and state agency requirements)

Managing and overseeing onsite staff and vendors

Cross-team communications on relevant production updates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Sponsor procurement and sponsor relations is a huge plus

Previous experience working with and/or for an agency
