Salary: $65,000–$70,000

Basic Function

Oversee and ensure day-to-day communications efforts on behalf of Krupp Group clients are executed seamlessly. Lead and develop original, out-of-the-box ideas to promote brands that ladder into seasonal and overarching brand strategies, secure and lead team efforts to secure product placement across, print and digital media, and have a strong understanding and prior experience in executing paid influencer campaigns from start to finish. This role will support the Account Director and Vice President to ensure accounts focus on big picture strategy, foster media and talent relationships, and achieve client goals across editorial, VIP, and influencer initiatives.

Essential Duties

  • Support Director(s) and VP on the execution of PR tactics on goal driven client strategy development and execution across editorial, VIP and influencer services for clients
  • Act as the liaison between Krupp and clients, regularly communicating and anticipating PR needs and developments: updates on KPIs, collecting assets, project updates, strategy development, editorial placements, inbound opportunities, event logistics, etc.
  • Actively pitch clients for product opportunities and designer/brand feature opportunities in traditional and non-traditional media channels, bringing new opportunities to the table
  • Lead updating client written and branded assets, drafting press releases and pitches with little to no mistakes
  • Lead team efforts to build focused media lists and brainstorm new press vehicles for additional brand awareness and consistently pitch each client weekly
  • Building and maintaining key industry relationships with editors, stylists and influencers from scheduling market appointments or desksides to developing strategic gifting mailers
  • Advise client on paid programming and lead talent negotiations as well as manage budget, contracted deadlines, social monitoring, and analyze metrics that ladder into reporting
  • Manage monthly organic product seeding in order to meet client KPIs and work collaboratively with the team to identify new influencer targets and execute thoughtful outreach to targets per client on a month-to-month basis
  • Organize and ensure details of seasonal press previews are executed along with client events and activations, including but not limited to NYFW, launch parties, store openings, etc.
  • Providing leadership experience and ability to manage AEs, JAEs, and Coordinators: teaching, implementing and evolving processes and new procedures with client and media communication, event management and execution, influencer programming, pitch cadence, sample trafficking, inventory, press clips, and overseeing compilation of reports/recaps, which includes weekly call agendas
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be NY-based
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer lifestyle and/or fashion corporate communications; agency experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage several clients and meet their needs daily along with managing several junior team members and the intern program
  • Experience across and a strong understanding of paid influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Knowledge in global and corporate marketing preferred
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills and excellent writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, Google Suite, influencer tracking platforms such as CreatorIQ or Traacker, and familiarity with Launchmetrics and MuckRack
