We are actively seeking an experienced Public Relations Account Coordinator to join the team full-time, working remotely to support our Account Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze media coverage; compile and present detailed press clippings and KPI reports.
- Conceptualize and draft compelling pitches designed to ignite the interest of the media on the receiving end, as well as resonate with the very individuals our clients want to reach.
- Maintain and build dynamic, highly targeted media lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance for each campaign.
- Research and identify speaking opportunities, awards, and editorial features aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit award entries and speaking applications in collaboration with leadership.
- Create visually appealing coverage books and event face sheets.
- Log client and media call notes; compile clear and actionable recaps for team reference.
- Manage internal calendars, alerts, and media deadlines to ensure precision across all timelines.
- Organize and manage critical client assets, working directly with Account Directors to ensure availability and access.
- Book complex domestic and international travel for executives and occasionally media, with attention to detail and discretion.
- Respond to media inquiries in collaboration with the Account Director; assist in crafting media-facing materials.
- Conduct strategic research to support PR planning and brand positioning efforts.
- Partner closely with the wider communications team, as well as the experiential team, to execute high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
- 1–3 years of public relations experience, ideally in an agency setting or with a luxury/lifestyle brand.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expert-level grammar, tone, and editorial finesse.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience managing press assets, including high-resolution imagery, bios, and pitch decks.
- Proficient in media monitoring tools and analytics, including Meltwater, Muck Rack, and coverage reporting.
- Solid understanding of the modern media landscape—print, digital, and social—including key luxury, business, and lifestyle publications and influencers.
- Team-oriented, self-starter who excels in both independent and collaborative settings; remote work capable.
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop; familiarity with tools like Asana, Salesforce, or Hootsuite is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or related field preferred.
