The American Australian Association (AAA) honored Naomi Watts, two-time Academy award nominee and Laura Brown, Editor in Chief, InStyle at the 2018 Australia Day Arts Awards, presented by National Australia Bank, and in partnership with G’DAY USA at Skylight Modern, New York. 

Australian New Yorkers came out in force to celebrate Australia Day and to support the Association which has been an ardent champion for the arts. Award-winning Australian winery Bird in Hand, which recently celebrated its US launch, was the exclusive wine partner for the evening. Notable guests in attendance also included Hugh Jackman and Deborra-lee Furness, Joel Madden, Katie Couric, film director Julius Onah, fashion designer Dion Lee and model Victoria Lee, among others.
