Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) - a global movement celebrated around the world in 144 countries and 110 colleges/universities to empower women in business to alleviate poverty - was held at the United Nations in NYC, with a special closing reception held at Zirkova House. WEDO founder and host Wendy Diamond welcomed a distinguished list of honorees, guests and speakers including singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles, television personality and designer Angela Simmons, jewelry designer Judith Ripka, cosmetics queen Bobbi Brown and many more.
