PEOPLE honored Hollywood’s rising and brightest stars at its fifth annual ‘Ones to Watch’ Party, which feted celebrities who are currently having a moment or are on the cusp of stardom. Guests were treated to Maybelline’s touch up station where they chose their favorite Vivid Hot Lacquer lip color before posing in front of an edgy and bright photo wall.
