Barneys New York hosted a special event to celebrate the launch of the #BarneysShoeStories campaign. Barneys partnered with stylist Aleali May and InStyle editor Kahlana Barfield Brown to capture them each in a day-in-the-life-style shoot with a specific focus on shoes. The campaign was brought to life through curated “installations” from Aleali and Kahlana featuring shoes and ready-to-wear on display on the women’s designer shoe floor at Barneys New York Madison Avenue. The fifth floor event area was activated with multiple “shoe selfie” stations where attendees could take photos in their new shoes. Additionally, a New York skyline “shoe and repeat” served as the backdrop for attendees to have their polaroid taken by @ShoesOfNYC who were on-site throughout the event and covered the event on their Instagram Story.

Notable attendees of the event included Aleali May, Kahlana Barfield Brown, Thania Peck, Marisa Bryant, Alexandra Dieck, Jordan Landes-Brenman, Leckie Roberts and Elizabeth Savetsky.
