Chef, activist, and founder of west~bourne, Camilla Marcus, and Citizens of Humanity celebrated the launch of Camilla’s cookbook “My Regenerative Kitchen” at LA hot-spot Étra. Co-hosted and sponsored by Citizens of Humanity, the evening celebrated the regenerative movement across the culinary and fashion industries, highlighting the denim brand’s Regenerative Cotton Program and the chef’s debut regenerative cookbook. Guests enjoyed a multi-course menu and were outfitted in Citizens of Humanity and AGOLDE.
