Sure it was only day two, but a top coterie of global fashion and lifestyle influencers required proper primping after the grind of Kate Spade’s Russian Tea Room runway show. So it was off to another Manhattan icon for Pause & Pamper, courtesy of J Public Relations, where this grand dame provided an exacting formula to refresh: Bellinis, tea sandwiches, a braid-and-blowout bar and a charging station to nab pics of this gilded lair with forever views.
