Kraken Rum celebrated the launch of its new Dark Label Rum with a gathering in Little Italy to initiate members into its secret order (membership program), The League of Darkness, which are people who feel a connection to the darker things in life and beyond. Guests received a mysterious invitation that only provided them with Google coordinates on a map for the event location, and a time (8:27 PM, or precisely sundown).  

Guests were invited into the intriguing party to celebrate the new Dark Label and indulge in everything Kraken from video games to playing against a roving Blackjack dealer, indulging in custom tattoos, and of course enjoying shots and cocktails using the new rum. The new Kraken Dark Label is a 70 proof, deeply dark and smooth spiced rum—perfect in a rum & cola or boldly quaffed as a shot and is now available from coast to coast in the United States of America.
