Silencio NYC kicked off NYFW by hosting private events leading up to their opening this week. To celebrate the launch of the Dean Collection, an exhibition of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys’ collection of work by legendary artists, Giants, showcased at The Brooklyn Museum, Silencio hosted an afterparty with a performance by Siwzz Beatz himself. The New York outpost of the Paris nightlife institution hosted several other events over the busy week including a party for Purple Magazine and Bob Marley: One Love film celebration.
Musicians, artists, models, DJ’s, influencers, and tastemakers enjoyed the private events and danced throughout the night at the one-of-a-kind playground for artists. Designed by Harry Nuriev, Founder and renowned designer of Crosby Studios, the warm, golden dance floor exudes the signature colors of Silencio in Paris and draws attention to the main room encased in metallic partitions and bathed in a luminous golden glow. The smaller red rooms surrounding the dance floor offered intimate and mystical spaces for attendees to relax and engage in conversation.
