Franciacorta and Slowear partnered for a dinner set in the Slowear store in the heart of Soho. The store was transformed into an exclusive and rather exceptional gourmet restaurant, only to return to its regular activities the following morning. With this transformation, this extraordinary project celebrates Italian creativity. Even the menu was truly Italian: a selection of lesser-known traditional Lombard dishes were expertly paired with Franciacorta, an exquisite gem of Italian wine. Hosts of the night were Silvano Brescianini, President of Consorzio Franciacorta, and Piero Braga, CEO of Slowear.
