It was a night of cocktails and tastemakers at Española Way's Tropezón as Desolas Mezcal hosted a “Bebe Viernes” night. Desolas founder GG Mirvis toasted a select group of VIP’s including Petra Levin, Tap 42’s Alex Rudolph, and others alongside a meal consisting of Andalusian delights such as Iberian Cuts, Gambas al Ajillo, Paella, Torreznos, Mezcal infused Churros, and various Desolas cocktails throughout the night, culminating with a Desolas Espresso Martini. Desolas Mezcal is delicately hand-crafted from the Salmiana Agave in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, creating a distinct, low-smoke mezcal with an earthy, fresh and botanical aroma. The female-founded, premium mezcal brand has a smooth and balanced flavor profile that’s perfect for sipping or for blending.
