For Spring / Summer 2027, SANDRO presented its women’s and men’s collections at the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine, bringing together two disciplines that, at first glance, may seem worlds apart, while revealing where they converge.
Notable attendees included Lux Pascal, Huddy, Landon Barker, Beatrice Granno, and more.
Fashion and architecture both stem from the relationship between form and the body. Architecture is not made simply to be observed; it is made to be inhabited. Clothing, too, is more than an image. It is inhabited by the body. Within the museum, the SANDRO collections find a singular resonance, entering into a history of forms and construction where the architect’s hand meets the couturier.
The choice of location is deeply connected to the personal history of Evelyne and Ilan Chetrite, Founders and Artistic Directors of SANDRO. Architecture and design are part of their everyday lives, continually informing their vision and their appreciation of form, proportion, and materials. Within the walls of the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine, a dialogue begins to take shape. A different way of looking at Paris emerges: a moment when fashion and architecture seem to speak the same language.
A language of lines, volumes, and materials. A distinctly Parisian language that connects what was built in the past with what is still imagined and invented today.
