As Madrid welcomed the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Silvia Tcherassi marked another anniversary of its boutique in the Spanish capital with an intimate dinner celebrating the launch of the new Sofia Bag. The evening was hosted by Sofia Espinosa Tcherassi and Carmen Montero Mundt, a prominent style figure on the international motorsport circuit.
The dinner was held at Monbull Conde Duque, a former factory reimagined as a space where tradition meets modernity—an ideal setting for the evening and a natural reflection of the brand’s spirit. Sophisticated and distinctly feminine, the table setting drew inspiration from the aesthetic that has come to define Tcherassi on the international stage: “effortless elegance.” Guests included Alicia Torriani, Sandra Gago, Gemma Pinto, and Martina Svedin, among others.
“Over the past year, we have hosted a series of private and exclusive events in cities around the world, reaffirming the cultural relevance of our brand and creating connections between fashion and other creative disciplines, from music to sport. Madrid was an essential part of that journey. The city holds such an important place in our history and has become our home in Europe,” said Sofia Espinosa Tcherassi.
The new limited-edition Sofia Bag is crafted in the iconic stropicciato fabric, a signature textile that has been part of the brand’s language for more than 20 years. This latest iteration arrives in an effortlessly glamorous shade of black.
