The Macallan took over the iconic Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Plaza for an unforgettable evening in celebration of New York. Guests were whisked up to the 65th floor to be welcomed by skyline views featuring the Empire State Building and an interactive cocktail lab. Notable attendees included New York socialite and entrepreneur, Olivia Palermo and her husband Johannes Huebl.
