Aerin and Jane Lauder were honored for their leadership, advocacy, and support of the prevention, treatment, and cure of Alzheimer's disease. Ronald S. Lauder presented the 2022 Hope on the Horizon award to Jane Lauder, who accepted on Aerin Lauder's behalf as well. Dr. Miia Kivipelto and Dr. Howard Fillit discussed the latest scientific advances in Alzheimer's prevention research.  

Notable philanthropists including Ronald S. and Jo Carole Lauder, Nacho Figueras and Delfina Blaquier, Eleanora Kennedy, Bonnie Lautenberg, Nancy Goodes, Heidi McWilliams, Gary and Laura Lauder, Josh Lauder and Katherine Chan were among 200 supporters in attendance.
