Banana Republic hosted an intimate evening celebrating its partnership with The Explorers Club and the debut of its newest Archive Reissue collection. Rooted in a shared spirit of discovery, the collaboration brings the collection to life through a lens of place, history, and exploration.
Attendees included Joshua Jackson, Lukas Gage, Alia Shawkat, Ella Hunt, Meena Anvary, Pam Kaufman, Richard Wiese, Barbara Doran, Joanna Halpin, Gordon Winarick, Teya Kepila, Joshua Charow, and more.
The event featured an immersive archive experience, inviting guests to engage with the collection and its inspiration firsthand. The evening included a fireside conversation with members of The Explorers Club 50, moderated by Brandon Stanton, the writer and photographer behind Humans of New York. Speakers include The Explorers Club 50 members, Elodie Freymann, primatologist and scientific storyteller, and Charles Emogor, biodiversity conservationist.
Guests also experienced a docu-series screening room and a recreated “Archive Room,” before the evening transitioned into cocktails, light bites, and music by DJ Amrit Tietz.
