Female Founder Collective (FFC) hosted its annual flagship summit, Female Founders Day: Metamorphosis, at Industry City in Brooklyn, convening hundreds of women entrepreneurs, operators, and investors for a full day focused on transformation, growth, funding, and leadership. Anchored in this year’s theme of Metamorphosis, the event was designed to help founders evolve their businesses and step confidently into their next stage of scale. The day opened with welcome remarks from FFC Co-Founders Rebecca Minkoff and Ali Wyatt, followed by an energizing movement session led by Kristin Sudeikis. Attendees then heard from Paige DeSorbo in conversation with Jill Martin, and later experienced the Signature Metamorphosis Keynote featuring Bozoma Saint John.

Programming spanned four curated tracks: 1) Cash, Funding + Control; 2) Growth + Operations; 3) Leadership + Power Moves; and 4) Marketing + Brand Obsession - with standout speakers including Danessa Myricks, Ty Haney, Camille Moore, Jordan Harper, Mary Seats, and more. Sessions delivered practical strategies on profitability, brand-building, fundraising, scaling operations, and building teams designed for long-term success.

The afternoon concluded with a final keynote interview featuring Gregg Renfrew, Founder of Beautycounter, followed by structured networking sessions led by founders and investors and Cocktails + Connections — reinforcing FFC’s mission to equip women with the community, capital access, and confidence needed to scale on their own terms.

“You have everything you need to be successful. People will doubt you every single day of your life, and don't ever doubt yourself. You can ask for help, you can admit where you’re weak, you can find others to support your efforts, but don’t let other people try to shape your vision or tell you that you don’t have the chops to do what you know inside you can do,” said Gregg Renfrew, Founder & CEO, Counter.

“Simply because you exist, you change the rooms you’re in,” said Bozoma Saint John. For the Female Founder Collective, success isn’t measured solely by ticket sales or event attendance; it’s measured by outcomes. More women are staying in business. More women raising capital. More women are reaching meaningful revenue milestones and building wealth on their own terms. Whether that means scaling to $100 million, crossing the first $1 million in revenue, or building a profitable and flexible company, FFC’s north star remains the same: empowering women to define - and achieve - success in the way that matters most to them.

“Female Founders Day is about helping women build with a goal in mind that works for their lives, whatever the context. We focus first on leadership and operating clarity, understanding numbers, the founder's role, and the founder’s desired growth path. Then we provide structured access to experts in operations, marketing, and funding through curated networking sessions. Whether a founder wants a $500K lifestyle business or a $50 million company, she should have the tools and access to build it successfully,” said Ali Wyatt, Co-Founder and CEO of FFC.

The Female Founder’s Day Summit is made possible through the generous support of FFC’s sponsors, including J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, The Magnum Ice Cream Company, Pure Organic, Four Moons Spa, TriNet, Delta Airlines, Escasa Tequila, Nellaspec, and other collaborators committed to advancing women in business.
