Celebrity trainer, motivational coach, and Xtend Barre founder Andrea Leigh Rogers celebrated the release of her highly anticipated debut book, Small Moves, Big Life with a series of inspiring events in New York City that embodied her book’s core philosophy: that small, consistent actions can create profound, lasting change. The book is available wherever books are sold, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and independent booksellers nationwide.
The celebration kicked off Tuesday morning, October 14, with the debut of Andrea's Times Square billboard, a milestone moment marking the official launch of Small Moves, Big Life. That evening, guests gathered at Alice + Olivia Madison Avenue for cocktails, sweet treats, and an exclusive shopping experience. Event proceeds benefited Project Healthy Minds, reflecting Andrea's ongoing commitment to holistic wellness and mental health advocacy.
Andrea teamed up with the beloved, “mother”-inspired French café and bakery, Maman, to create the “Big Life Almond Matcha," a signature drink featured on Maman’s menu during launch week. On Wednesday, October 15, she hosted an intimate wellness event that brought the seven daily practices from her book to life, beginning with a short energizing daily workout, followed by “do the thing" journaling prompts, an empowering Q&A, and a book signing. Guests enjoyed a nourishing breakfast highlighting the exclusive “Big Life Almond Matcha," leaving guests inspired to put its principles into practice.
From fashion to fitness, the week perfectly captured Andrea’s mission to help others move with purpose — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and to make lasting transformation feel joyful and achievable.
