On Thursday evening November 21st, Ron Barceló rum hosted an intimate dinner at Simon & The Whale at the Freehand New York to toast to the new dark varient, Barceló Gran Añejo. Guests enjoyed a three course meal that featured paired cocktails with each course and went home with a bottle of the new spirit.

Carefully crafted, Barceló Gran Añejo Dark Series is a blend of rums aged 6 years in heavily charred ex-bourbon barrels.  It possesses an exceptionally pleasing taste, characterized by its woody flavor and just the right sweetness, as well as an incomparably smooth finish.  Dark Series is about nightlife, socialization and sophistication.
