Benoist F. Drut, owner of Maison Gerard, hosted a celebration for the release of Achille Salvagni, the debut monograph from international contemporary designer Achille Salvagni and leading design journalist Pilar Viladas. 

Guests were invited to take a step into the world of Achille Salvagni and his enigmatic style, showcasing highlights from the gallery’s seven year-plus relationship with the designer of architects, yachts and limited-edition furnishings, lighting, and accessories, including many of his newest works. On the heels of Salon Art + Design, several pieces, like his Blue Spider Chandelier and Amboseli chair, had never been seen in the United States until this week. 

In attendance were Peter Marino, Susan Orsini, Deborah Buck, Clara McGregor, Russell Piccone, Michael Boodro, Kendall Cronstrom and Harriet Weintraub.
