STRONG Pilates Garwood hosted a VIP Experience for influencers and media to introduce the brand’s first New Jersey studio, an opening that also celebrated STRONG Pilates’ milestone 100th global studio. Guests participated in a signature STRONG Pilates workout on the brand’s patented, revolutionary Bikeformer and Rowformer machines, experiencing firsthand the fitness format that has fueled STRONG’s rapid international growth.

Following the workout, attendees met co-founders Michael Ramsey and Mark Armstrong, who shared insights into STRONG’s mission, global expansion, and commitment to redefining functional fitness. Guests also had the opportunity to capture social media content and enjoy wellness beverages, rounding out a community-driven event that highlighted both the innovation and momentum behind the brand.
