Olivier Pechou, VP Americas for Puiforcat, and fashion designer Jason Wu celebrated Puiforcat’s newly debuted Silversmithing Knives Collection with an interactive evening of cocktails and canapés at Casa Perfect. Guided by Jason and Chef Yann Nury guests sharpened their culinary skills utilizing the celebrated Parisian silversmith’s new line of cheese knives, steak knives and more.

Guests were greeted with a special token, Puiforcat-branded aprons and champagne served up in specialty silver Champagne Tumblers before making their way through Casa Perfect to try their hand chopping, slicing or spreading with the full range of Puiforcat’s Silversmithing Knives collection. The menu featured mushroom tacos and margheritas al fresco in the Casa Perfect garden; a spread of soft, medium and hard cheeses; carved smoked salmon and Iberico ham; and more.
