Last night, DELQA: Inside the Music of Matthew Dear, an Interactive Experience, launched at New Museum. Dear and fellow Ghostly International artist Heathered Pearls performed at the event. Well-known identities from the creative community attended, experiencing the interactive sound and light installation, that using Microsoft Kinect technology intuitively responds to its audience’s movement. 

Guests included: Matthew Dear, Rose McGowan, Cecilia Dean, artist Alex Czetwertynski, filmmaker/photographer Gordon von Steiner, celebrity stylists Logan Horne and Keino Benjamin, social media sensation Kevin Lu (Sweat Engine), art consultant Cary Leitzes, and DJ Chelsea Leyland, among others. The exhibition opens to public today through August 9th at New Museum NEW INC Gallery - admission is free by emailing delqarsvp@wearelisten.com.
