Saks Fifth Avenue and Amazon Fashion hosted a weekend-long celebration at The Hedges Inn in East Hampton. Following a glamorous kick-off dinner co-hosted by Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade on Thursday, the weekend was filled with immersive brand activations—activities ranging from fashion trivia and flower workshops to personalized tarot readings and more.
On Friday, August 8, guests attended Beauty and Bloom, a special masterclass event with celebrity makeup artist Lisa Aharon and a flower workshop with Missi Flowers. The morning began with Lisa’s masterclass, which highlighted the botanicals in Chantecaille’s products and served as inspiration for the floral creations in the workshop that followed. Attendees left with gift bags filled with Chantecaille products and their own custom flower bouquets.
That evening, Sai De Silva hosted an engaging night of fashion trivia, challenging guests’ style knowledge through four rounds of gameplay. The questions spanned fun fashion facts, creative directors, iconic red carpet moments, and fashion history. The competition was tight, with a winning margin of just one point. The victorious team celebrated with Amazon Luxury Stores gift cards.
On Saturday, August 9, guests took part in Tone and Glow, a morning wellness experience featuring a mat-based workout at Post House with one of their top local trainers, followed by refreshing smoothies and coconut water on the terrace. The day continued with a skin tutorial masterclass led by La Prairie’s celebrity esthetician, Georgia Louise, where attendees explored a wide range of products and learned expert application techniques. Guests left with premium products and tools to recreate the self-care routine at home.
Alexandra O’Neill of Markarian hosted Celestial Cocktails, an enchanting evening under the full moon featuring zodiac-inspired cocktails and personalized tarot readings. The lawn was transformed into a magical setting, with crystals adorning the tables, glass stars hanging from the trees, and the scent of burning incense filling the air. Guests indulged in sweet treats from an affogato ice cream cart and a cozy s’mores station while lounging on custom Markarian pillows that added an extra touch of whimsy and comfort to the starlit scene.
