Rachelle Hruska-MacPherson and Sean MacPherson hosted an intimate seated dinner to celebrate the opening of Teruko, the newest culinary addition to Hotel Chelsea. The evening brought together New York’s art and social crowd to honor the legacy of former Hotel Chelsea resident and artist Teruko Yokoi. 

The evening's attendees included Waris Ahluwalia, Gina Gershon, Paul Schrader, Griffin Dunne, Gavin Brown, Nate Lowman, Batsheva Hay, Sophie Elgort, Jane Keltner de Valle, Sloane Crosley and many more.

Guests enjoyed dishes such as Hiyashi Tofu, Kanpachi Tataki, Tori Nanban, Gindara Saikyo Yaki, along with a curated selection of nigiri and sushi rolls, as they took in a space that showcases Yokoi’s work—marking the final chapter in the hotel’s storied renovation by Sean MacPherson, Ira Drukier, and Richard Born.
