After two decades at the iconic fine-dining restaurant North 44, Chef Sash Simpson has opened the doors to his first solo venture, Sash Restaurant + Wine Bar in Toronto’s prominent Summerhill neighbourhood. Sourced with local ingredients, his dishes will deliver inspired flavours for lunch and dinner (brunch to come!). The grand opening marked a major milestone in the Chef’s culinary career.
