The Standard, East Village celebrated the historic opening of NO BAR – a new wave gay bar. The night was hosted by Angela Dimayuga (Creative Director of Food and Culture at The Standard), Breezy, Christelle DeCastro, David Haskell, DeVonn Francis, Fran Tirado, Hannah Black, Jenna Wortham and Leilah Weinraub.

The birthday celebration was marked by DJ sets from amazing talent including Meriem Bennani, Bebe and Oscar Nn, and a live performance by non-binary artist Zah. After blowing out the candles on NO BAR’s inaugural birthday cake, Dimayuga and guests turned NO BAR into a raucous dance party, setting the standard high for memorable nights to come at this new East Village watering hole.
