The Maybourne Beverly Hills and renowned celebrity stylist Elizabeth Saltzman hosted a glamorous afternoon tea event to celebrate the debut of Prêt-à-Portea: The Red Carpet Collection, the hotel’s new fashion-inspired tea.  After nearly two decades of delighting guests at The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills’ sister property in London, the legendary afternoon tea has arrived in Beverly Hills.

The afternoon's guests included Elizabeth Saltzman, Peter Dundas, Zoë de Givenchy, Evangelo Bousis, Rickie de Sole, Jennifer Smith, Jacqui Getty, Elizabeth Stewart, Elizabeth Wiatt, Lara Shriftman, Lilly Keys, Oskar Pera, and more.

The celebration unfolded in the hotel’s Terrace Tea Room, just around the corner from the fashion favorite Rodeo Drive. Prêt-à-Portea: The Red Carpet Collection features a selection of cakes that pay homage to iconic red carpet moments, from Björk’s Oscar swan dress to JLo’s green Versace gown at the Grammys. The limited-edition collection, crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Brooke Martin, was presented on peach and white striped bone china by French porcelain brand Bernardaud.
