We're looking for a Manager, PR with a strong specialization in Earned Media to lead integrated campaigns across travel, hospitality, design, food & beverage, retail, technology, and lifestyle sectors. You'll serve as a trusted client advisor, strategic thinker, media relations expert, and team leader—helping brands earn attention, drive influence, and create meaningful impact.
Hybrid Work Model
This position follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of three days per week in our Toronto office located in Liberty Village.
What You'll Own
- Lead integrated PR and influencer campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Develop proactive media strategies and secure high-impact earned coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, creators, industry partners, and clients.
- Provide strategic counsel and identify opportunities that align with our Seeing You Bigger™ philosophy.
- Develop media materials including pitches, press releases, briefing documents, and thought leadership content.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, reporting, approvals, and event execution.
- Mentor and support Coordinators, Specialists, and Trainees, contributing to their professional development.
- Collaborate across PR, influencer, digital, content, creative, and paid teams to deliver integrated results.
- 4–6 years of public relations, communications, or influencer marketing experience (agency experience considered an asset).
- Demonstrated success securing earned media coverage across Canadian media landscapes.
- Experience working with lifestyle, travel, hospitality, design, consumer, retail, or technology brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiations, contracts, and content delivery.
- Familiarity with communications and marketing tools such as Traackr, Meltwater, Sprout Social, Canva, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset, growth orientation, and passion for storytelling.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$80,000 CAD
- Annual all-agency bonus program
- Group RRSP matching program (following successful completion of probation).
